Martin Bailey is a highly regarded educator with 25 years of experience in primary teaching and leadership across the UK. He currently serves as a part-time teacher and Computing Subject Leader at Ellington Primary School in Northumberland and Birchwood Primary School in Tamworth. In these roles, he delivers the Computing curriculum to pupils from the Early Years Foundation Stage to Year 6, while also leading digital enrichment initiatives and shaping the schools' digital strategies.

Beyond the classroom, Martin is the founder and driving force behind Animate 2 Educate Ltd, where he works as a Primary Computing Advisor. Through this platform, he provides engaging workshops for pupils and comprehensive training for staff, supporting schools worldwide in the effective integration of technology into teaching and learning.

Martin also contributes to teacher education through lecturing roles at institutions such as Durham University and Sunderland University, where he supports PGCE and BA students in developing their expertise in Primary Computing.

A recognised thought leader in educational technology, Martin is a regular speaker at international conferences, including BETT and the SEND Show. He frequently writes for educational publications and has served as a judge for prestigious awards such as BETT and the Education Resource Awards. His influence extends further through advisory roles for organisations like BETT and NAACE (National Association of Advisors for Computers in Education), reflecting his dedication to shaping the future of digital learning in schools.
