Mykhailo Kalitkin has over 15 years of experience leading educational initiatives as a founder, project manager and CEO, successfully delivering more than 30 international and 600 national projects with partners such as the World Bank, UNDP, USAID and MCC. He has driven major advancements in STEAM education through the development of hands-on technologies like ULabs™ and authored over 100 methodological manuals. A specialist in inclusive education, he founded two centres in Ukraine and Poland and an R&D hub that led to the creation of the MIKKO™ inclusive learning system. He is also the father of a child with autism.
