Natasha Chalk
Mrs. Natasha Chalk is an experienced educator with over 18 years of dedicated service in the field of education. Throughout her career, she has worked in various schools, sectors, and positions, gaining a wealth of knowledge and expertise in secondary schooling, pastoral care, behaviour management, inclusion, and special educational needs (SEN).
With a background rooted in secondary schooling, Mrs. Chalk has honed her skills in supporting students with diverse needs, ensuring their holistic development and academic success. As a qualified Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO), she has played a pivotal role in enhancing support systems and procedures within schools, particularly in and around London.
Currently serving as the Head of an Outreach Provision, Mrs. Chalk leads a dedicated team in working with SEND students aged 5-25. Their focus is on reaching out to the most challenging and hard-to-reach students, aiming to re-engage them back into education. Through innovative approaches and tailored interventions, Mrs. Chalk and her team strive to improve the learning outcomes and overall well-being of all children and young people who have faced educational challenges.
