Phil is Deputy Headteacher of Greenshaw High School, a large secondary comprehensive in South London. He is an experienced senior leader whose responsibilities include Quality of Education, literacy, professional learning, addressing disadvantage and line management of the SEND department. Phil is also Director of Greenshaw Research School, which involves working with schools, MATs and Local Authorities using research evidence to improve the outcomes for disadvantaged pupils.
