Ray has been a teacher for over 20 years, beginning his career in the state sector in London where he worked in schools with complex cohorts, Ray held senior leadership roles including deputy headteacher with responsibility for pastoral care and special educational needs. Ray joined King's InterHigh in 2021 and currently heads up the SEN Services team which supports 1,600+ students with additional needs.
