Sarah Smith works as a Deputy Head and SENCO at Kessingland Church of England Primary Academy, which is part of the Diocese of Norwich Education and Academies Trust. Sarah has been working alongside Rachael Judd and Judith Carter across schools in the Trust developing their provision for SEND. Sarah is a Learning Centred Leader in the Trust and can provide her own experiences of using Judith Carter’s 7Cs Learning Portfolio in ‘SEND Assessment: A strengths-based framework for learners with SEND”.
