Stuart Grimshaw
Stuart Grimshaw began his career as a performer and musician. He moved to Germany, playing in several bands and working extensively in musical theatre. He led his own orchestra for two years, composing, conducting, and organising performances. Stuart holds two degrees in Music Composition and Music Performance & Education from the Conservatoire of the Arts, Arnheim. After moving to New Zealand, Stuart combined his musical background with technology, authoring two books on Apple development. Now based in the UK, he founded creative technology company Headsoup, where he develops inclusive music tools such as LIFT Music, a movement-controlled music app for people with cognitive impairments and limited mobility.
The students performing are from TCES (The Complete Education Solution), a specialist provider of therapeutic education for children and young people with SEMH needs and Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC). Through a therapeutic, child-centred approach, TCES supports young people with SEND by looking beyond the classroom and placing each child at the centre of their learning and development.
