Tom is Director of Research & Development at Carr Manor Community School, Leeds (an all through 2-19 school serving a complex urban community). He is a teacher and associate leader at the school responsible for the development and delivery of Relational and Restorative Practice (RRP) across the school and with external partners and organisations. On behalf of Carr Manor and the Leeds Learning Alliance (LLA), Tom has led on the promotion of ‘inclusion, collaboration and ambition’ through RRP to a wide range of leaders and education facing organisations across the country. This has included Tom developing a Professional Learning Network across the LLA and wider. Tom is currently involved in the set-up and steering of the newly formed Inclusive Leadership Alliance  (ILA) which is a national network of Leaders focussed on effective inclusive and collaborative leadership.
